All current Mrt hotels participating in Z—Factor’s Demand Outlook & MICE View programs will be upgraded to the highest applicable Seerio Package for no additional costs in 2025.


All new joining Mrt Hotels in 2024 will be eligible to 2024 pricing and upgraded to 2025 higher packages with no additional costs in 2025.


Important: Due to Mrt internal policy, Mrt hotels will not contribute and therefore will have no access to forward-looking data.

How data is collected?
Data is automatically transmitted from the hotel’s operating system to Seerio’s secure servers. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) to ensure privacy and security during transmission.
What data Seerio is collecting?
For Marriott hotels, only historical data is shared and available, which includes details such as the company or organizer name, meeting date, room name, meeting name, meeting type, number of participants, event status, decision date, accommodation booking status (yes/no), client's country and city, booking platform, booking channel, and doorcard information. Other market participants, however, share and receive insights about both historical and 365 days of forward-looking data, providing a more comprehensive view of upcoming market activity.
How does Seerio handle data anonymization?
In Seerio, all data is fully anonymized and presented in an aggregated format as Property vs. Comp Set vs. Market. While each property has an assigned location and category for accurate benchmarking, no individual hotel names are displayed in Seerio’s analytics. This approach ensures that users receive valuable insights into market trends and competitive positioning without compromising the anonymity of participating properties.
I would like to use Seerio but without sharing my own data. Is it possible?
Participation in the Seerio program requires sharing your property's data. This shared data contributes to the platform’s comprehensive market insights, ensuring accuracy and value for all participants. By pooling data from all properties, Seerio provides a reliable benchmark and in-depth market intelligence that would be less effective without mutual data contribution.
Can hotels access fully historical data?
Yes. Partners have full access to historical data, enabling comprehensive insights and trend analysis. Each hotel will automatically receive access to market data dating back to at least January 1st of the previous calendar year. To maintain data consistency and robust market insights, each hotel is required to initially submit its own data for this same period. This ensures accurate benchmarking and analysis across all program participants.
How can I find out which hotels in my market are already participating in the program?
To find out which hotels in your market are participating in the program, you can contact the Seerio team directly. They will provide you with a list of current program participants in your market, allowing you to understand your competitive landscape and select relevant properties for your competitive set.

Can I select individual comp sets?

Yes. Data is presented in a format comparing the Property vs. Comp Set vs. Market. Each property can select a single competitive set, consisting of a minimum of four properties, from the list of program participants provided by the Seerio team. In addition to this, all analytics are available at the market level, encompassing all program participants within a defined market. For city properties, the market is considered the specific city, while for resort properties, it is defined as the broader region.
How many competitive sets can I select?
Each property is entitled to select one competitive set.
Is there a limit to the number of team members I can assign as users?
No, there is no limit to the number of team members you can assign as users on the Seerio platform. Each team member receives personalized access, ensuring data access security. This setup supports efficient team coordination by allowing you to streamline communication, assign specific clients to team members, and enhance collaboration on account management. Additionally, each user has a personalized dashboard to track their own account activity and performance metrics.
What is the duration of the contracting period?
Contracts are set to run until the end of the calendar year, with automatic renewal on December 1st for the following year, ensuring continuity of service.
Can I have a free trial?
Free trials are not available due to the need to connect hotel data to the market environment. However, you can cancel within the first month if the service does not meet your expectations, limiting your risk to the initial monthly payment.
Are there any team intro trainings? 
Yes. Once a hotel signs up, each team is eligible for an online onboarding session to facilitate smooth integration and familiarization with the Seerio platform.
If I have a new employee joining my team during the contractual period, will they receive training and onboarding from the Seerio team?

Yes. New employees can join Seerio’s weekly training sessions, which are open to any users who wish to be onboarded or receive a refresher on the platform. This flexible training approach ensures that all users have the support they need to effectively utilize Seerio.

What about compliance with data protection regulations?
Seerio complies with local and international data protection laws, including the GDPR in Europe, ensuring that all data handling aligns with rigorous privacy standards.
